Implementation Services
Ultimate success depends as much on brilliant execution as on brilliant strategy. We do not believe, therefore, that our role ends with the delivery of a plan. Whether to inform and guide your existing resources or to manage the execution of specific projects, we will remain engaged as long as required to assure proper implementation.
Message development and graphic execution
The immediate application of a repositioning strategy and Brand Hierarchy is often the development of a creative theme or tagline – as well as its graphic application in a new or revised logo and corporate identification system. Our partners are skilled at devising both themes and their graphic application – including development of a comprehensive Graphic Standards Manual to guide the consistent use of these elements in support of your brand.
Management of resources
Transition: We will work with your current agency to assure that they fully understand all findings, plans and strategies to assure a proper outcome. If desired, we can also write your creative strategy to further assist their execution. Our planning job isn’t done until transition is complete.
Creative management: If you prefer, we can take transition one step further by supervising the creative development process and manage projects to completion.
Project/campaign execution: If you don’t have existing resources or relationships, we can execute any part of your plan using our specialist partners – from graphic designers to media buyers to public relations experts, website developers, database analysts, etc.
Vendor selection/Agency review
If you prefer to establish a long-term “Agency of Record” relationship with one or more specialists, we can assist with your search and selection. Having developed your strategy and your plan, we will have an intimate knowledge of the skills needed to execute that plan. We can apply that knowledge to review capabilities, arrange presentations and negotiate compensation.
Social media channel design, activation and implementation
Most marketers find it challenging to shift their thinking from traditional outbound marketing to the inbound dialogue required of a social media strategy. The Gagnon Partnership has made it a priority to understand and keep pace with the rapidly changing world of social media. As a result, marketers sometimes prefer to have us handle the initial design and activation of specific channels – such as Twitter, Facebook, dedicated online networks, etc. We can also monitor and respond to online conversations or complaints in a timely manner.
Although it is generally best to handle social media implementation with your internal resources, we can help to establish your social media presence and develop an initial following.
